The Thinker and his thoughts #1

To make ourselves free from false or negative thoughts, first we have to get in touch with our own selves, and sometime to do this we need to embrace solitude, which most of us are afraid of, because in the silence we can introspect and listen to ourselves better when there is so much chaos in the mind and around us.

Force in Equilibrium

Expand The Horizon

The more I look at the deceptive side of this world,

The more whirling chaos rise up inside my mind led by unrest,

Listening several incoherent gloomy whispering voices all at once,

It crumbles my peace of mind with all its full thrust,

All these voices wrap around my mind and seep deep into my soul,

Standing on the edge of serenity in the corridor full of echoes I feel lost,

Segregating from the deeply deceived lost world and all its colors,

I try to escape my soul from the fractured thoughts and all its horrors,

Everything falls normal as when I look at the unexaggerated side,

And unhitch myself from being a part of the delusion or facade,

I find it better to be in solitude and now a lone walk brings up more tranquility,

From here now it doesn’t even matter whether the path is clear or misty,

Let’s Spread Positivity

One of the ways to spread positivity in the world is, letting people realize that in today’s world half of the chaos is created by Media, not all you see on social networking sites and watch on TV is true.

Temporary Escape

In an overwhelming stressful situation when things seem difficult to handle at that very moment sometimes temporary escapes can break things up in a good way; temporary escapes like going out for a movie with a friend, like a conversation with your best buddy or a day out with your friends or family leaving the stressful thing aside to deal with it later, but it is only a temporary escape as all those chaos from which you are trying to escape will always come back if the chaos was real. Sometimes it is temporary escape during which we realize whether the stress is real or it is unnecessary, and if it is for real then too temporary escape could give us a time to armor ourselves with more positive energy to deal with the things in a better or stronger way.

Temporary escape is like a pressure release valve, you can use it to release a tiny bit of pressure for a short time, and during that time you can calm your mind, regain more positive energy, analyze things and introspect to figure out the best possible way to overcome it, to win over it.

I find it better to be in solitude and now a lone walk brings up more tranquility,

From here now it doesn’t even matter whether the path is clear or misty,

Now I learned the way to ignore those incoherent gloomy whispering voices,

I feel calm to sit beside my thoughts, gaze into the sky as winds blow across my face,

Now there are no more fractured thoughts, no moments of internal riots.

Peering Through The Mist

Peering through the mist, to see what I could see,

Mind caught between the barren land and gray cast sky,

The state of equilibrium clattering making chaos,

Thunder lightning generating thoughts,

Listening to the dripping of rain drops,

What all can be done, and provoking thoughts,

On instability, bigotry, lies and hates

I’m uncertain, is it dark clouds of ignorance brought it all?

On the edge of sanity,

I hold on to the string of force in tranquility,

On the frost window pane of thoughts,

I portray how the world is shrouded with illusions and gets worse,

How humans are confined not to see beyond the wall of fake pride,

As we commend justice and peace, yet we slay it per diem with lies and hate,

We commend love and equality, yet we let prejudice breed and let us segregate.

At Peace With Yourself

The world as a whole can’t be in peace until the last person will learn to live at peace with himself/herself or just simply start to live in peace. It’s not about expecting from others to be at peace, it’s about being at peace with yourself. The soul of the world is nourished by the peace of each and every human; it all begins with individualistic peace, it’s about us not about them. Give a time to yourself and think about it, do you feel the peace or the chaos?

Let the energy of peace flow in the universe from within you, let the mind be at peace and let it grow. Sometimes, at some moments in life you might find it difficult to be at peace with yourself and that moment would be a test of your endurance and time to observe yourself to find the reasons and then to resolve them. I’m not any guru, not a saint, not any enlighten being, I’m just as you who is trying to be at peace with himself, who like to observe himself, who believe enlighten is an ever going process, who want to experience different skies and horizons, who want to explore the things around and within.

Much love to all ~ Vikas Sharma
