Expand The Horizon

When things are not appearing the way you wanted them to be, then it’s always better to analyze the things around you and introspect rather than dwelling in the period of disappointments and not moving ahead. Always take everything as a lesson because everything that happens in life is a valuable experience which could help you in the future and could make you a better version of yourself. It may not be what you want but it might just be what you need, it might just be what makes you stronger and better. The only thing that makes the difference is whether you get destroyed or you learn and grow.

Take responsibility, be with open mind, be open to embrace change for betterment, believe in yourself, don’t get disappoint easily, have patience, listen to everyone but be a leader of your own, expand your horizons and blame less; you might…

Art, Adventure, Traveling, Exploration and Nature Connection

I believe and have experienced that we can expand our mind through art, adventure, traveling, exploration and nature connection. Every time when I travel into the nature, it opens my mind to more radical thoughts and gives me incredible sensation and joy, it gives me more positivity in my thoughts and makes me feel so serene from within. Every time when I travel into the nature, it makes me to think more peacefully and to question everything, it makes me feel that our everyday perceptions are only a tiny fraction of reality and everything is nothing with a twist.

Through art, adventure, traveling, exploration and nature connection we can expand our understanding of complicated maze that is the human and of course of the world around us too. Through any of these we may get more clear perception of the surrounding world and new possibilities to interpret it. It can broadened our views on life and can make us think in an entirely different way. I love to have adventures and love to be in the nature whenever I can be. I wish I could travel more not just into the nature but to all the places worth to see, feel and explore, haha! It’s just few things which keep me restricting from traveling most of the time else I would have been a traveler all the time, roaming around the world just to feel the rays of sun from different horizons, just to explore more, just to watch sunset and sunrise at different horizons, just to gain new experiences,  just to feel and understand the life and the world more.

At Peace With Yourself

The world as a whole can’t be in peace until the last person will learn to live at peace with himself/herself or just simply start to live in peace. It’s not about expecting from others to be at peace, it’s about being at peace with yourself. The soul of the world is nourished by the peace of each and every human; it all begins with individualistic peace, it’s about us not about them. Give a time to yourself and think about it, do you feel the peace or the chaos?

Let the energy of peace flow in the universe from within you, let the mind be at peace and let it grow. Sometimes, at some moments in life you might find it difficult to be at peace with yourself and that moment would be a test of your endurance and time to observe yourself to find the reasons and then to resolve them. I’m not any guru, not a saint, not any enlighten being, I’m just as you who is trying to be at peace with himself, who like to observe himself, who believe enlighten is an ever going process, who want to experience different skies and horizons, who want to explore the things around and within.

Much love to all ~ Vikas Sharma

Observe and Evolve

Observing and making perception about a situation is easier when we are doing it for someone else. The thing is to evolve more first we have to learn how to observe ourselves. Observing other will lead to nowhere if we aren’t observing ourselves first in a mindful state. The more you observe yourself, the more you will understand of what is influencing you, where you are leading to and how you are reacting to things and why. Actually, it is like the more you observe yourself, the more you will learn and grow from inside out which indeed will make you feel more self-aware and calm, and will broaden your horizons of understanding.

Peace and World

Recently, I’ve spent few days in the hills of Himachal, few days in Shimla and few days in Mandi. Weather was rainy as it is a rainy season in that part of the Earth from June to September which can be problematic for the locals or maybe they’re use to it. Actually, I was there on some kind of official visit not to travel, enjoy and explore things but still I managed few moments to stroll around the place.

Shimla

Shimla

I find serenity and pleasure when I watch those hills and clouds, maybe because I love to be in the nature as it nourishes my mind with positive thoughts.

Shimla

Some may find hills better to travel or some may find plains, some may find both or some may find nothing. I think it actually depends on how a person perceives things; a person won’t find peace anywhere if there is no peace in the mind.

Mandi

Mandi

Positive state of mind is obviously needed to have peace in mind, with peace in mind we realizes the real beauty of things.

Mandi

Mandi

The best thing which I love to do is traveling to different places, to watch the sun at different horizons, to feel the gentle cool breeze on the face, to watch the clouds forming different formations, to explore and relish beauty of the planet, to learn from the things around me, and of course sometimes to write down my thoughts and experiences too. Yes! I love and enjoy being in the nature and exploring the things.

Someone Out There!

Sometimes back in the past, I used to wonder, I used to think that was I the strangest person in the world? Was it just me who feels and thinks in that particular way? On my way towards the expansion of horizons I realized that possibly there can be many people in the world with the same things in the mind. We all have our own reality, we are humans with different perceptions and with different opinions, and perhaps, there can be someone or many people just like you or just like me who feels and who thinks the way you think or the way I think. I believe in few little things, and in those few little things I believe there can be someone out there who is thinking of a person just like me and if you are that person out there reading this then yes, it’s true I’m here, and I’m just as strange as you.
