Sometimes…!!

Sometimes the love of a stranger is the mentor we never had, and sometimes you don’t get what you desire. But then sometimes, you have to look within your own self, there are ample of things to achieve, life is not about saddening on things you failed to get, it’s about being optimistic and looking forward to achieve what all you can; and if you don’t learn to laugh at your own misfortunes it will hurt when others do. Sometimes the truth is right in front of us but we feign ignorance rather than acknowledging our faults and if in such times we’re not open to accept the truth then how can we act open the situation to take corrective measures. Sometimes all you need is some alone time to find out more about yourself.

Peace is the only Way

The history leaves no doubt that killing of innocent lives has been a persistent problem of social living throughout human history, but why? It’s of extreme importance to understand the basic reasons behind it by every single person on this planet. A murderer way of perceiving think is completely different from that of a normal person, they fail to understand killing innocents is an act of cowardice, sheer portray of ignorance and display of highest level of brainlessness. Absence of empathy and sanity could be added to the reasons, but it’s more than it, more reasons could be anger, violence, hatred, greed, ego, power, frustration, religion, fear, delusion, money, and incapability to understand what’s right or wrong.

Everyone needs to understand peace is the only way, and more positivity need to be reflected to fight the negativity around ourselves. People do feel sad when they come to know about any kind of horrifying inhuman incidents as it’s a human trait to feel the same in such times but at the same time it’s of more importance to stand against such barbaric acts and spreading positivity around oneself as per one’s ability and strength.

Much love and peace to all ~ Vikas

Life is Simple

Tread carefully but do not fear to speak out your mind and heart, be true to yourself and embrace the truth that emits from selfless love and project it. Inspire courage and hope in the weary of heart, and give patience and understanding to those who seek you with their mind, do not allow them to inhibit you with their fears and insecurities. Life is simple when you have love within you and your mind is at peace, and when there is love within you and your mind is at peace only then you can spread or reflect it around. It is important to rise above delusion and ignorance which are engrained into our psyche.

Ignorance and Self-consciousness

This post is about what I was lately pondering upon, and my friends, I’m sharing it with every one of you keeping in mind that it’s a message to every one of us, myself included as always.

Here you go:

Life is a struggle between knowledge and ignorance, the moment we discover about our own self, about the truth of life and about our surroundings, we become more conscious about our reality by breaking the delusions and eradicating the ignorance which are ingrained within us. We reach at a different level of consciousness with better understanding of your own self, and at this level of consciousness, the choices or decisions we make are what we really want for us as it’s not the choices chosen out of ignorance and delusion.

At times, our ignorance and self-consciousness is what that can make all the difference in the choices we make, ignorance is what which at times lead us to make wrong choices. Being self-conscious is the door to conscious knowledge of oneself, it is about having a better understanding of our thoughts, behavior, feeling, beliefs, emotions, actions, personality, it is about being conscious of what we’re good at while acknowledging what we still have yet to learn, and also it helps us to understand other people too, how they comprehend us, our attitude and our responses to them in the moment, it’s a stepping stone to reinventing our own self, learning to make wiser decisions and choices, and allow us tune into our thoughts and feelings more accurately.

In the end, I would like to write that there isn’t any particular way to practice self-consciousness, everyone will meet it in different ways, you just have to keep your mind wide open; and with the time when you achieve more and more self-consciousness, your experience of life will surely expand exponentially letting you to grasp the reality.

Peering Through The Mist

Peering through the mist, to see what I could see,

Mind caught between the barren land and gray cast sky,

The state of equilibrium clattering making chaos,

Thunder lightning generating thoughts,

Listening to the dripping of rain drops,

What all can be done, and provoking thoughts,

On instability, bigotry, lies and hates

I’m uncertain, is it dark clouds of ignorance brought it all?

On the edge of sanity,

I hold on to the string of force in tranquility,

On the frost window pane of thoughts,

I portray how the world is shrouded with illusions and gets worse,

How humans are confined not to see beyond the wall of fake pride,

As we commend justice and peace, yet we slay it per diem with lies and hate,

We commend love and equality, yet we let prejudice breed and let us segregate.

Just an Opinion!

Social attitudes and cultural output exist in a constant feedback loop. The more a society glorifies ignorance, the more its cultural output reflects the ignorance, and therfore the more it embrace the lies. The more cultural output glorifies ignorance, the more a society embrace it, and therefore more truth is burned up to feed the lies. The same applies with violence, consumerism, etc. The world has been in many loops, and will be in many till the people don’t follow these decieving loops. Someone will have to break these loop, and certainly it will not be the side that makes billions from it.

One loop is the loop which exists between the media and the audience. In my opinion, journalists and artists are those who strives to expose or express important truths regardless of popularity and economic remuneration, and advertisers are those who tries to generate consensus, regardless of whether said consensus has anything to do with important issues, and based mostly on economic remuneration. In that sense, many of today’s news media outlets are really a hybrid that reflect the values of advertising while pretending to do journalism. So if society which doesn’t show any value to the artists and journalists, or a society where advertisers thrive while journalists and artists struggle, is in a loop of deception. This kind of deception will always tries to keep the truth and beauty hidden from the people by feeding them up with decorative lies.

Absolute Certainty

Absolutality - absolute certainty - by Vikas SharmaI think there is no absolute freedom, there is no absolute truth, and there is no deep reality. It is like the more freedom we have, the more we learn and the more we live our desired life; the more truth we know, the more awake and aware we become; and the more reality we realize, the less ignorance will prevail around or inside us. For me, the whole concept of the absolutality is just something of an enigma, and perhaps, it is not possible to achieve an absolute certainty of freedom, truth and reality as none of them exists in the state of an absolute certainty. In spite of all this, the state of absolutality is always imagined as something beautiful, it always looks alluring and pure, and therefore we crave for it which is great indeed as our every step towards this unreachable absolutality makes us a better human, a better person. Hence, it is logically pretty good to pursue this unreachable non-existent absolute certainty of freedom, truth and reality.

It’s a Chain

Ignorance, curiosity and then wisdom. Perhaps, it is not possible to have the true wisdom without removing the ignorance and to remove the ignorance we need to have the curiosity, curiosity to know the truth and after resolving the curiosity we may get to the true wisdom. So in a way, curiosity can help us to over come the ignorance.

Ignorance isn’t a bliss, ignorance is a closed room which doesn’t let you to live a real life. So, question everything which doesn’t match with your own understanding. Don’t let yourself to be a prisoner of the ignorance. Curiosity may leads you to the unhappiness, curiosity may leads you to the wondering but without curiosity it is not possible to explore the real world around you, curiosity is a way for wisdom. And wisdom is a smile 🙂
