Let there be Light

We are the darkness and we are the light. Light precedes darkness and dark shadows merges with light each with its own distinct traits. Our soul embodies both. Let the light of our soul burn bright.

Let Them Find Their Own Light

There was once a little boy who saw a butterfly starting to come out of its cocoon. He got so excited that he began to peel off the layers of the cocoon to help the butterfly come out, but to his own sadness, the butterfly died.

Sometimes when you think you are helping others by pushing them in the right direction, you may actually be hurting them. It is not your place to criticize how others live their lives. If they come to you for help, then by all means, give them your opinion and guidance, but otherwise, let them find their own light.

I think that the best way we can help someone is by uplifting them, inspiring them and motivating them by showing them the good in the world and leading by example. People aren’t going to respond to negativity and criticism. Even if your intentions are pure, you have to be mindful of how you project them.

Bionic Eyes

In a pioneering research, scientists claim to be developing bionic eyes for the blind, which they say will be ready for human trials by 2013.

Here’s a brief explanation of bionic vision system or bionic eye:

What is bionic eye?

Bionic Contacts Lens

This lens is based upon Bionic Technology, but it’s not a Bionic Eye.

Bionic eye is an experimental visual device intended to restore the sense of vision to people living with blindness, low vision, or age-related macular degeneration.

Bionic eyes or bionic vision system consists of a camera mounted on pair of glasses, the purpose of this camera is to transmits visual information or high-frequency radio signals to a microchip( or electrode array) which is connected to neurons in the retina. Electrodes on the implanted chip convert these signals into electrical impulses and then these electrical impulses are transmitted through the optic nerve to the vision centers of the brain where they are interpreted as an image. The detail of a generated image by this technology depends on phosphene. A phosphene is a perceived spot of light in the visual field which can be induced with the help of electrodes. It means the more electrodes are implanted, the more phosphenes are capable of being generated and the more detail a patient may be able to see.

A person using this device or technology won’t experience vision in the same way that a person with a healthy eye does but with training and patience people will adapt to the implant. This technology is in its initial stage and with time and more research, it is possible that in future this technology can help patients living with blindness and low vision to recognize faces, read large print and much more. It is also possible with the more research and advancement in the field of bionic vision systems, there will be high-resolution and visual quality bionic eyes and will be commercially available which can even provide better vision than normal eyes. It might be possible that even healthy people will upgrade their sight with these kind of devices.

To Love; Not To Hate

We live To Love, Not To Hate!

Few simple things to avoid any kind of drama, the things which can help us to minimize the drama around us:

  • Never judge a person on the base of his/her region, or creed.
  • Never spread any kind of rumors and as well as don’t believe in any kind of rumors.
  • Never take decisions with an angry mind as an angry mind is a narrow mind.
  • Don’t blame others for personal problems. Just be strong enough to face and overcome any kind of problem created by any one; that will be the best answer to the person who created the problem.
  • Be open to any kind of new ideas, experiences, feelings, or opinions.
  • We can’t do anything about the past, so it’s better to leave it behind where it belongs.
  • Treat people in the same way you want them to treat you and remember that people can be different than what you make them out to be.
  • Don’t get affected by someone’s wrong judgment. Just be mindful of harsh and superfluous judgment.
  • We should be careful with our words as some words are better left unspoken, or addressed in a civilized face to face.
  • Let’s not forget why we live; we live to love, not to hate. All we need is a good life, love and peace. It’s with us how we take the life and remember that the whole darkness of the world can not snuff out the light of a single candle.

May love and peace prevail everywhere!

Have faith on the light

beyond the  cracks in the bluest door …

sometimes, you hear the silence in the blackened woods…

and you might feel the fear of getting lost in your own home…

sometimes, you see the darkness on the lovely shore…

and the darken mist in the winter frost…

but do remember…

the ice will break and the mist will disappear…

everything bad will be clear…

try to see the brighter side…

have faith on the light, it’s there inside your mind!
